Clash Royale Balance changes – season 27

hey everyone and welcome back to another clash Royalle blog and in today’s blog we are going to discuss all the major balance changes in this season 27, so without any further delay let’s jump into it.

some major balance changes in clash royale balance changes:

1 Bomb tower and hidden tesla:

bomb tower and tesla both will have the same lifetime, they both now have 30 seconds lifetime, bomb tower was really underpowering due to the previous nerfs to the bomb tower, while hidden tesla was always an overpowered due to the placement, I think that tesla will not be good anymore because mostly tesla was used to pull enemy, and players place them before as they planned but now they can’t do this anymore.

on this clash royale team wrote this:

We have seen that Tesla has been the most used building in the game for a long time, while Bomb Tower was hit hard by the last balance change.

This change will help balance out different buildings across the game and keep consistency for all “shooting” buildings to have a standard 30 Seconds lifetime.

2. Guards:

finally, guards had got some love, guards have got a 12% damage increment, guards will now take one less shot to kill any cards, this will improve the overall gameplay with guard meta and will literally change the interaction with every card,

on this clash royale said :

3. Poison :

poison will now slow down 15% more slowdown than before, OJ a famous content creator said that this will bring the old 2016 overpowered poison back in the game, few years ago poison spell was too overpowered, you just have to deploy a high health card like golem or giants, and wait for poison will literally stop every card very easily, now let’s see this what will happen now because at that time there were not too many cards.

4. Bomber:

don’t know whether a bomber is getting buff or a nerf, his attack range is decreased by 0.5 tiles, which means the bombs will have to travel less distance, which means an increase in shooting speed, on the other hand, the bomber will reach 0.5 fewer tiles which mean there will be a lot of cards that will now kill him before his shoot or deal damage or kill them.

Tombstone was one of the least used buildings and needed a significant buff. Bringing back the fourth Skeleton spawn when it is destroyed should help.

5. Royale giant:

It’s difficult to prevent Royal Giant from hitting your tower at least once, even with timely deployed counters. This change will give the defender more time to react.

royale giant was always a card that will connect to the princess tower and deal damage, he can easily hit at least one shot, even if you try to stop him, his attack speed was a bit high, so that’s why the clash royale team has reduced his attack speed by 0.2 seconds, although I think this is not enough.

6. Goblin drill:

since from the day one release goblin drill was an overpowered card, OJ in one of his videos of goblin drill interaction we observed that the goblin drill was really an overpowered card, after some time they nerfed the card, but still goblin drill was still unstoppable, the main problem in goblin was the goblin because one the drill get destroyed, the goblins instantly deal damage to the tower, so now they are reducing the number of goblin in the drill.
